If an employer only provides an on-site working model, they will only have access to 4% of the available candidate pool in the market.
Which working model do employees prefer?
In conclusion, 97% of participants would like to have the flexibility to choose which days they work from the office and which from home while 80% of employees agreed or strongly agreed that they felt more satisfied when working remotely.
