With the strategic support of linq, the initiative evolved into an innovative digital ecosystem – a platform designed to help students turn academic success into meaningful career paths, offering them guidance every step of the way.’

By leveraging advanced tools and deep expertise, linq enabled Eurobank to support over 1,270 students and connect top talent with real-world opportunities, showcasing the power of innovation in supporting and developing young talent.

Through this initiative, Eurobank aimed to support high-potential students by equipping them with the tools they need to achieve their goals.. Research conducted for the program revealed that many participants felt uncertain about their next steps – whether it was choosing a master’s degree or navigating career opportunities.

The key challenge was to transform the uncertainty into confidence and provide young talent with a solid foundation to shape their own career path.

By combining technology with deep expertise in talent development, linq – in collaboration with Eurobank – launched mprostagiatinpaideia.gr, a platform designed to offer students a holistic growth experience.

Through the platform, students gained access to curated learning programs co-designed with leading companies such as Microsoft, Deloitte, and Accenture. One-on-one sessions with experienced recruiters and mentors provided tailored career guidance. At the same time, a rich library of resources – from CV writing to interview preparation – helped students gain the confidence to take the next step in their careers.

The partnership between Eurobank and linq delivered a remarkable impact, supporting more than 1,270 students. In just 11 months, 80 companies posted 190+ internship opportunities, 400+  students gained practical, future-ready skills through tailored learning programs, while 140+ one-on-one sessions with experienced recruiters and mentors offered targeted career guidance.
