Around 80% of Deepsea’s team consists of engineers, with a particularly strong presence in AI Research and Software Development. In an environment like this, hiring Python and Java developers is far from straightforward. It requires access to professionals who are, for the most part, already employed, actively involved in demanding and fast-evolving projects, receiving competitive compensation packages, and not actively seeking new opportunities.
Challenge
Deepsea Technologies needed to hire a Python Developer while simultaneously searching for Java Developers. Both roles fall within the most competitive segment of the Greek tech market: experienced software engineers with expertise in highly sought-after programming languages.
